The fastest answer is a phone call to your store. Both are open 7 days, and the people who pick up actually use what we sell.

Pick a store and your message goes straight to that team. Need it sooner? Call, we're happy to help on the phone.

Before you ask

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in any time either store is open, including for a free InBody scan. Calling ahead just means no wait.

Can you check if something is in stock?

Yes. Call the store and we will check the shelf and set it aside for you.

Do you deliver?

Snacks, bars and drinks are on DoorDash from our Vestavia Hills store. Supplements are in-store pickup at either location.

Do both stores have the smoothie bar?

Yes. Smoothies are made to order at both Hoover and Vestavia Hills.

How fast do you answer messages?

Usually within one business day. For anything time-sensitive, calling the store is fastest.
