Not at all. Walk in any time we are open, and that includes free InBody scans. Calling ahead just guarantees no wait.
Close but not identical. Vestavia Hills is open until 8:00 PM on weekdays, Hoover until 7:30 PM. Both share weekend hours. See the Locations page for the full schedule.
Absolutely. Call either store and we will check the shelf and set it aside for you.
Yes. Snacks, bars, and drinks are available for delivery and pickup through DoorDash from our Vestavia Hills store, and online ordering for supplements is coming soon.
