As an NSR College Scout, you're at the front of the athlete identification and evaluation process. You'll watch athletes compete, interview recruitable student-athletes and their families, help enroll them in the right NSR program, and work with the NSR Recruiting Team so those athletes get in front of college coaches.
The best part: you're not stuck at a desk. You're at the games, in the gyms, on the fields, doing the work you already love. We provide training and ongoing support so you can become an expert in scouting and college recruiting.
Two ways to join
Full-time in the field
Lead the evaluation process in your area, build relationships with athletes and families, and guide them through recruiting. Ideal if you want a full-time career in scouting with real earning potential as an independent contractor.
Part-time, on your schedule
Perfect for a current coach or someone who can't go full-time. You identify prospects, collect athlete data, and write scouting reports that help NSR Scouts with their evaluations. A rewarding off-season pursuit.
